How are your products made?
Every product sold through MerchForge is made to order. When you purchase an item, it's custom printed and crafted by our trusted production partners.
This helps us reduce waste and deliver high-quality, on-demand merch that’s tailored just for you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

I received the wrong item or my product arrived damaged. What now?
We're sorry about that! If your order arrived incorrect or damaged, contact us here within 14 days of receiving it.

We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund depending on the issue.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are fulfilled by our global manufacturing partners, with facilities in the US, Europe, and beyond. Your order will be shipped from the location that ensures the fastest, most efficient delivery to you.
What should I know about international orders?
For customers outside the US, your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or delivery delays depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not charged by MerchForge and must be paid by the recipient.
Pro tip: Adding your phone number at checkout helps ensure smooth international delivery and reduces the chance of delays.
My order should be here by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows the package has shipped but hasn’t arrived yet:

Double-check your shipping address in your confirmation email.

Contact your local post office or delivery hub—they may be holding your package.

Check with neighbors to see if it was delivered nearby by mistake.
If you’ve done all of that and still can’t locate your order, contact us here and we’ll help you sort it out.
Why does my shirt have a strange smell or residue?
No worries, it’s totally normal! Some printed garments may arrive with a slight vinegar smell or faint white residue. This is a part of the printing process and is completely harmless.
It will disappear after one wash. If you’re unsure, give it a wash before reporting a problem.
What’s your return policy?
Because all products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do everything we can to fix it.

Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don’t offer size or color exchanges at this time, since every item is printed on demand just for you.
To avoid sizing issues, please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If you received a mislabeled item (for example, the wrong size was printed), contact us here within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
